**Marketing Executive**

Role Overview:
Zivio is a rapidly growing and highly ambitious Procure-tech startup. We’re seeking a driven, ambitious, professional Marketing Executive who will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to execute and refine our marketing strategies.

Based in Cosham, Hampshire, this hybrid role involves:

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns & community engagements.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Develop, write, and edit engaging blog posts, articles, and other marketing materials.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop strategies to enhance the company’s online visibility and brand awareness.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Marketing Director in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage and update marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- LinkedIn Management:

- Create, schedule, and manage content on Zivio's LinkedIn page to engage our audience and grow our follower base.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics to measure engagement and improve strategy.
- Respond to comments and messages, fostering community interaction.

Content Creation:

- Write and publish high-quality blog posts and articles relevant to our industry.
- Ensure all content aligns with Zivio’s brand voice and standards.

Research:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Online Presence Development:

- Assist in the management and growth of Zivio’s online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the user experience on the company website.
- Track and report on website performance and implement improvements as needed.

Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the development of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret data to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Experience with SEO/SEM and website management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (e.g., Squarespace).
