Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of Promotions/Special Events Supervisors and Coordinators, ensuring efficient project execution and effective communication.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing plans, loyalty marketing, relationship marketing, and business action plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Event Coordination: Manage the development and implementation of promotional calendars, including the creation, execution, and analysis of events and promotions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with casino departments to determine revenue-driving strategies and marketing programming.
  • Reporting: Produce timely analysis reports to determine profitability of marketing programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in promotion and event management, preferably in a casino marketing environment.
  • Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and proficiency in player tracking and analysis systems.
