The opportunity has arisen in the heart of Sheffield for an administrator to join an ever expanding Lettings company For someone who is looking to get their foot in the door to the Property industry, this is an excellent opportunity you wouldn't want topass up You will be supporting the accounts team in delivering full financial assistance.

So what's the role?
- Processing sub-contractor invoices in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaising with suppliers and internal staff regarding invoice queries.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Main point of call for inbound calls for the accounts department.
- General administration, e.g. filing, photocopying, post handling, ad hoc housekeeping duties.
- Interact, meet and welcome clients, managing refreshments.

Do you have?
- Good initiative
- Sound knowledge Microsoft excel.
- Self-disciplined, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities with good organisation
- Previous experience based in an accounts department/ Admin role would be a great advantage but is not essential.
- Team player
- Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers.
