Accounts Payable Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Our client is a dynamic group of manufacturing companies, headquartered in Barnsley, conveniently located just off the M1 at J38. With a central Accounts Payable function, they are committed to excellence and efficiency in financial operations.
Role Description:
As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you'll play a crucial role within the dedicated team of 7. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices across 7 companies, proactively resolving queries and issues with suppliers, and performing supplier statement reconciliation. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering stability and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices efficiently and accurately for multiple companies.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any payment-related queries.
Conduct regular supplier statement reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Experience required:
Purchase Ledger Specialists: We're seeking individuals with expertise in purchase ledger functions.
Manufacturing Industry Experience: Ideally, you'll have experience in the manufacturing sector.
High Volume Processing: Comfortable handling a high volume of transactions.
Attention to Detail: Precision is essential in this role.
Compensation and Benefits:
**Salary**: £25,000 per annum.
Annual Leave: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00; Fridays until 16:00.
Hybrid Working: Embrace the flexibility of 2 days remote and 3 days office-based work.
