**Accounts / Admin and Customer Service**

Sun Dental Labs is a global manufacturer of dental appliances for Dental Practices and other Labs across the U.K. Our Head Office is in the U.S.A and we have additional labs in both Germany and Sweden.

This full time Monday to Friday position will be an opportunity to play an integral part in our Accounts / Admin and Customer Service Team. Your all-round skills across accounts and business administration will be invaluable in this dual role where accuracy and attention to detail is key.

A track record of extensive computer-based work and telephone skills would be a definite advantage.

We are a small team at Sun Dental which means we all pull together when needed, you will need a ‘get stuck in’ and “can-do attitude” with a flexible approach to help out across a diverse range of tasks as required.

**Accounts working with our Finance Manager**

**Main Duties**
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Computer literate and working knowledge Microsoft Office and Excel is required
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Using our accounts package Magic Touch, training will be given
- Posting payments to accounts
- Taking card payments
- Chasing overdue accounts
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good organisational and time management abilities

**Admin and Customer Service**

**Main Duties**
- Administration, managing all the associated paper and electronic data to the company CPM called Magic Touch, training will be given
- Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls, managing the call, and transferring to the correct department
- Liaise with Dentists and Practice Managers calling with order enquiries
- Asking the appropriate questions to ascertain who in the company can deal with the query
- Sometimes managing calls from customers who may have a stronger personality, in a polite and courteous manner.
- Tracking Parcels, chasing courier services that may have delayed, mislaid, or lost a package and seeking its whereabouts with a follow up call to the customer to update
- Providing outstanding customer support.
