**We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team**

**About the role**

The Communications Co-ordinator is responsible for external communications through a variety of media. You will:

- Manage the production of qualification updates to our customers
- Maintain the admin section of the public and secure websites using content management systems.
- Quality assure complaint responses to exams officers
- Provide insight and updates to the Customer Support Centre

**About you**

You are a strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills. You'll be able to write a wide variety of communications, from instructions for the web to complaint responses. You have a good eye for detail whilst also being able to consider the bigger picture.

You must have outstanding proofreading skills, which you should be prepared to demonstrate at interview. You will also need to be a confident user of Microsoft Office.

Experience of working with web content management systems would be an advantage.

You'll work as part of a team and liaise with other teams across the business, but you'll also spend much of your time working on your own initiative. Time management and the ability to work confidently under pressure are key.
