**About the Job**

As Head of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market presence and success of Nourish and our product. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies and working cross-functionally to influence and deliver impact across the product lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with either a deep understanding or ability to understand the care industry and a proven track record of successful product marketing.

**The role and your responsibilities**:

- Influence product roadmap by earning the trust of product owners and business leads to reflect unmet user needs and solve critical pain-points.
- Be the champion for the customer, using research, internal data, and competitive intelligence to identify needs and then translate product features into clear benefits.
- Build GTM plans & oversee product launches. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams who can drive innovative ideas that can scale.
- Deliver undeniable business impact and breed a high standard of strategic, creative, and executional excellence.
- Utilise insights to guide product roadmap decisions and refine marketing plans to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market sector.
- Work with internal teams, external partners, and marketing teams to plan, execute and measure marketing.
- Masterfully communicate up/down/across the organisation to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of marketing strategies and plans.
- Spearhead the product marketing strategy, in alignment with the broader marketing and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective introduction and positioning of new product developments.
- Craft and enhance persuasive value propositions, product positioning, and messaging for our entire product and solution portfolio.
- Build and maintain an extensive product marketing library, encompassing sales decks, pitch narratives, one-sheets, battle cards, and specific talking points tailored to essential personas.
- Aid new product development from pre-ideation stage; through market testing, comparison, and whitespace analysis, presenting market gaps and innovation opportunities to the wider business and working with product squads to initiate product builds.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team and product teams to launch, grow and differentiate them successfully.
- Be our voice in the market at partner events, on social media, on panels, and to our end-users.
- Develop product-based tutorials, demonstrations, videos, “how to” guides.
- Work with wider marketing team to leverage various marketing channels, such as digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing, to reach and engage the target audience.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven

recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Essential Requirements**:
1. Marketing experience within the technology / SaaS space and substantial knowledge in product marketing.
2. Ability to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of content marketing.
3. Experience successfully taking technically complex products to market, with success in positioning and launching products, driving awareness and adoption.
4. Ability to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of product marketing’s full lifecycle: research, ideation, positioning, messaging, promotion, and measurement.
5. You blend creativity with a hunger for data and experimentation. You make creative decisions based on user research, testing, and data analysis.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Agility and a strong bias towards action. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to produce product marketing components as well as big-picture strategic planning.
8. Experience with market research analysis would also be a bonus.
