About the Job


As Head of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market presence and success of Nourish and our product.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies and working cross-functionally to influence and deliver impact across the product lifecycle.

This role requires a strategic thinker with either a deep understanding or ability to understand the care industry and a proven track record of successful product marketing.


The role and your responsibilities:

  • Influence product roadmap by earning the trust of product owners and business leads to reflect unmet user needs and solve critical painpoints.
  • Be the champion for the customer, using research, internal data, and competitive intelligence to identify needs and then translate product features into clear benefits.
  • Build GTM plans & oversee product launches. Lead and motivate crossfunctional teams who can drive innovative ideas that can scale.
  • Deliver undeniable business impact and breed a high standard of strategic, creative, and executional excellence.
  • Utilise insights to guide product roadmap decisions and refine marketing plans to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market sector.
  • Work with internal teams, external partners, and marketing teams to plan, execute and measure marketing.
  • Masterfully communicate up/down/across the organisation to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of marketing strategies and plans.
  • Spearhead the product marketing strategy, in alignment with the broader marketing and business goals. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the effective introduction and positioning of new product developments.
  • Craft and enhance persuasive value propositions, product positioning, and messaging for our entire product and solution portfolio.
  • Build and maintain an extensive product marketing library, encompassing sales decks, pitch narratives, onesheets, battle cards, and specific talking points tailored to essential personas.
  • Aid new product development from preideation stage; through market testing, comparison, and whitespace analysis, presenting market gaps and innovation opportunities to the wider business and working with product squads to initiate product builds.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team and product teams to launch, grow and differentiate them successfully.
  • Be our voice in the market at partner events, on social media, on panels, and to our endusers.
  • Develop productbased tutorials, demonstrations, videos, "how to" guides.
  • Work with wider marketing team to leverage various marketing channels, such as digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing, to reach and engage the target audience.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make datadriven
recommendations for continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:

  • Marketing experience within the technology / SaaS space and substantial knowledge in product marketing.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of content marketing.
  • Experience successfully taking technically complex products to market, with success in positioning and launching products, driving awareness and adoption.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of product marketing's full lifecycle: research, ideation, positioning, messaging, promotion, and measurement.
  • You blend creativity with a hunger for data and experimentation. You make creative decisions based on user research, testing, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Agility and a strong bias towards action. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to produce product marketing components as well as big-picture strategic planning.
  • Experience with market research analysis would also be a bonus.
