**We are looking for an Administrator**

We're looking for an Administrator to join, our new Adults Peer Support Team in Wandsworth

Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster is the lead provider for Wandsworth Community Peer Support Service which is run in partnership with Southwest London & St George’s Mental Health Trust as part of the Transformation program. We are working with partners from the voluntary sector in Wandsworth to support people with SMI (severe mental illness) to maintain and improve their mental health and wellbeing through Peer Support. Our partners are Wandsworth Carers Network, Sound Minds and Mushkill Aasaan.

**You will**:

- ** **Collect, collate, and process referrals as required - liaising with stakeholders as required
- Utilise and oversee the use of our Views CRM system to ensure we record and evidence all key service activities
- Act as a key point of contact for colleagues in sharing information, updates in order to enable productivity
- Provide administrative support to the Peer Support Team and wider organisation.
- Arrange and book in appointments, including assessments with clients where required.
- Support to individuals to access appropriate services, from both BWW Mind and other local organisations
- Work closely with Workers to ensure activity is optimised, accurately inputted and recorded, including reducing level of DNA’s, cancellations as part of service utilisation, as well as completion of outcome measures so that reporting and monitoring requirements are met
- Provide administrative support and resource to other teams where directed to for ad hoc requirements
- You will join a friendly, dedicated team that works hard to support people with mental health issues in their own community, and you will have access to training and support.
