Roles & Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for a **Continuous Improvement Lead, **to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy

**Role Key Objectives**

Ø Train and develop Continuous Improvement practitioners and associates across the resort who have the skills and tools they need to deliver resort CI activities

Ø Monitor, track, and celebrate improvements made through CI initiatives

Ø Work with the Head of Planning & Improvement to develop key resourcing strategies that are underpinned by CI

Ø Deliver CI training across the Resort aligned to the training calendar

Ø Building positive relationships between the Improvement & Planning team and the Resort to ensure an open picture and collaborative working.

Ø Continually look for ways to improve efficiency across the resort delivering hard & soft benefits

Ø To successfully project manage all CI productivity CAPEX installations across the resort

Qualifications & Experience:
You'll need to be enthusiastic, outgoing, approachable, and confident.

Your skill set and knowledge will need to be truly diverse with experience in several of the following areas: operational management, project management, understanding the change curve, ability to work with key stakeholders, lean six sigma and ability to analyse and interpret data.
