**Job Responsibility**:
**What you’ll do**

This role in the Central Operations team in Commercial Operations, covers the following key areas, reviewing/analysing and improving existing Operational Processes and/or Systems that impact our Indirect Sales Channel. Generating new Projects that will deliver Operational efficiencies or optimisation into our Channel along with delivering New functionality to improve existing Processes and Systems.

You will be the SME on all Processes, Systems & third party operational relationships that we manage in the Operations team across the entire channel, Care, TSAR, Retail & Indirect. Ensuring that these meet operational requirements and that they are reviewed regularly. As the Central Operations expert you will be working with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business internally and externally, whether that be leading Service Reviews with our Suppliers & indirect Partners to working with key Stakeholders on key Operational updates and improvements
- Analyse the business processes and systems in order to recommend opportunities for improved control/improvements and lead the implementation of opportunities into the business.
- Assist in the delivery of key planning activity for projects within Central Operations
- Coordination of all cross-functional activities that are required to implement new processes, into our indirect sales channels
- Complete and manage impact assessments to ensure that change is understood, and all risks and issues are identified.
- Deliver channel operations change projects on time and to budget
- Review of projects to ensure that projects delivered as realized to the business case for Return on Investment
- To analyse the business processes and systems in order to recommend opportunities for improvement and cost reduction and to feed these back into the channel operations change plan projects they can be a part of.

**Who you are**
(Essential)- High level of Planning and Organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT, Teams
- Able to understand and simplify technical jargon
- Be able to produce reporting for key stakeholders with insights

(Desired)- 2yrs Retail/TSAR experience or equivalent customer facing experience
- Experience of analysing business processes in large organisations
- Service delivery and process improvement experience
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Project Management Skills
