A systemic culture is well developed in the Trust, and this role will include opportunities to take an active lead in supervision and service development. We welcome creativity and a fresh perspective.

Sheffield Children’s is one of three independent, specialist paediatric hospitals in the country, providing dedicated healthcare for children and young people across community, mental health and acute specialist settings.

We are fortunate here at Sheffield Children’s to have a large cohort of systemically minded colleagues, from Systemic Family Practitioners to Family Therapists across a range of different positions within Trust. You will join a diverse team of Family Therapists who are actively involved in innovative practice, research, teaching, including involvement in leadership internally and within local and national Family Therapy forums, as well as having strong links with family therapy training and other education providers locally and nationally.
