- Responsible for receiving, handling and receipting goods
- Liaising with Project Managers, Procurement Staff and customers regarding deliveries.
- Booking in deliveries on to the ICT Stock Control System
- Issuing equipment out to ICT Technicians and booking back in returned equipment.
- Liaising with External contractor regarding collection of ICT
- Maintaining Stock Control System ensuring paper and electronic records are kept up-to-date

- Ensuring that the Equipment is easily retrievable
- Support any monthly, yearly and ad hoc stock checks
- Be proficient in using the appropriate stores equipment ie pallet truck, trollies and cages.
- Making sure that the equipment storage and loading bay are free from clutter to allow safe working practices.
- Communicating with colleagues re deliveries
- Assisting with prepping of equipment prior to it being issued
- Assisting with the processing of warranty claims

**Please note the following important information**:
You must be prepared to work on fixed hours between 8.30am to 4.30pm and based in our ICT Stores on the County Hall complex, Preston, PR1 0LD.

Undertake, wherever required, other responsibilities and duties including work related to 3rd party external business, on behalf of the company, where this is commensurate with the grade of the post. This may entail working from other locations.
