Job Title: ICT Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Specialist to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As an ICT Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Fusion solutions, working closely with customers to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Work with customers to design and implement Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Incident Resolution and Change Management: Resolve complex incidents and changes, and act as a point of escalation for functional analysts in the team.
  • Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor junior staff and support colleagues in other parts of Digital Services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least one year's experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage and involve other SMEs within Digital Services, and to form close working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: A history of building strong customer relationships and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
