Customer Service Administrator

2fawcett are recruiting for a **customer service administrator** to join our client in Nottingham on a **full-time, permanent** basis.
The role & responsibilities:
Taking inbound phone calls for the Service General phone line and handling customer enquiries
Call logging and raising **new orders**
Improving **customer service** experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Meet all Customer KPI’s with regards to their **administration** processes
Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, assisting colleagues in all aspect of their work to meet Customer needs
**Requirements**:
Knowledge of **administrative** procedures
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Nottingham (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Nottingham: Relocate before starting work (required)
