**Company Description**
Security Monitoring Centre in Nottingham Security Monitoring Centre is currently recruiting a full time, permanent **Customer Service Administrator **to join the False Alarm Management (FAM) team, based in our **Nottingham **office.
**Job Description** What You'll Be Doing As Customer Support Advisor**

The purpose of this role is to provide reactive administrative support to help resolve false alarm activations, working with both the customer and the regional Police centres to update and maintain activation records:

- Acting as the first point of contact for the Police and take ownership of queries
- Proactively manage false alarms in line with NSI requirements for Security and CCTV monitoring
- Taking calls from Engineers, Customers and Colleagues to assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns
- Processing all customer, engineer and police force documents accurately and in line with service levels as required
- Maintaining customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded, to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available

You will be a professional communicator, both written and verbally and you will be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer Focused with excellent listening skills
- You will work well in a reactive, 1st line service driven environment
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy
- Be able to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Strong IT skills
- Able to prioritise workloads effectively
