**Customer Service Administrator**
**Location: North Nottingham**
**Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm**
**Hourly Rate: £10.90**
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Join our client, a highly regarded mail order company, as a Customer Service Administrator during a busy seasonal period.
**Responsibilities**:
- Efficient and accurate processing of customer orders
- Addressing customer complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Tailoring responses to individual customer needs
- Staying informed about current offers, promotions, and product availability
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Proven customer service experience in office, retail, hospitality, or similar environments
- Positive, friendly attitude to match the office environment
- Possession of a driving license and own car preferred due to limited public transport availability in the area
**Additional Information**:
- Start dates available throughout February
- Contract until 22nd March with potential to be extended
- Required to work 1 weekend in the contract, Saturday 9th March 9am-5pm and Sunday 10th March half a day.
