Role: Customer Service Administrator

Type: Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000

Location: Nottingham

2fawcett are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a business based in Nottingham.

**Duties**:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers.
- Process telephone orders and enquiries.
- Develop relationships with customers.
- Liaise with warehouse and couriers to ensure smooth and efficient despatch and delivery of stock orders.

You will need:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong eyed organisational skills
- Able to use own initiative
- Good eye for detail
- Computer literate
- Be commercially experienced
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS office, outlook, Dropbox and we transfer beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
