**Help Desk Administrator at Euro Car Parks**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Help Desk Administrator** at Euro Car Parks. You would be part of a dynamic and exciting team within our **Birmingham Office**, working on our internal Euro Car Parks software.

The role includes:

- Supporting the business by ensuring customer and client communication is managed to the highest level
- General administration tasks
- Updating internal software and systems
- Collate data and information and keep accurate records

Hours of work: 5/7 Days, working shifts, which will be varied shifts between the hours of 6am and 9pm, may include some nights shifts to cover holiday periods. 9pm-6am with enhanced payment for these hours.

Salary**:£24,000** per annum

Hours**:40 Hours** per week
