CARE NAVIGATOR p/t

Process new registrations, deductions, changes of address, updating information on patient medical records.

Processing of repeat medication requests.

Respond to and action tasks sent electronically on EMIS ensuring these are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Promote Emis Access and other online services to patients.

Process GP 2 GP records in and out of the practice.

Relay results of tests and investigations to patients when they have been filed and commented on by clinician. Always observing confidentiality procedures in relation to third parties.

Advise patients when services are not covered by NHS and charges are made and refer these to appropriate team members to process.

Deal with patient enquiries and concerns and act calmly to diffuse any potentially difficult situations.

Pass on messages quickly and efficiently.

File and retrieve medical records as necessary.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday

- Kingston upon Hull, HU5 5BE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
