Co-ordinates the regional and site specific MDT meetings Navigates the patients cancer journey ensuring this takes place in a timely fashion Ensure patient data is entered correctly and in a timely manner, producing reports as appropriate Effective liaison with departments within the Trust, developing efficient working relationships and promoting the effective use of information services To support the multi-disciplinary Cardiothoracic team to support timely patient care and documentation and recording of patient outcomes Provides secretarial support to the MDT (typing of clinic letters, minute taking etc) As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you.
