Mdt Administrator/ Patient Navigator

Working alongside cancer information colleagues you will be expected to support the team by covering other MDT meetings when needed. You will also support and supervise junior staff. Full training will be provided in the Somerset Cancer Register and various e-learning modules on cancer anatomy. Job Purpose Coordinates the site specific MDT meeting Navigates the patients cancer journey ensuring this takes place in a timely fashion Ensure patient data is entered correctly and in a timely manner, producing reports as appropriate Effective liaison with departments within the Trust, developing efficient working relationships and promoting the effective use of information services To support the multi-disciplinary cancer team to implement the cancer waiting times targets Daily supervision and deployment of junior staff As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you.
