**Hours**: 37.5 Hours per week: Monday - Friday between the hours of 08:30 & 17:00

As a member of our Group Finance Team, you'll play a pivotal role in aiding our Accounts Payable Team in all facets of accounts processing and administrative duties, prioritising accuracy. Your role as a Front Office Clerk involves fostering relationships, both internally and externally, through collaborative work with colleagues and departments, while ensuring adherence to processes and daily task completion.
Within the Accounts Payable Team, as a Front Office Clerk, you'll handle queries promptly, maintain stakeholder relationships, identify departmental training needs, and contribute to process enhancements, all while managing a busy workload.

**About you**
- You’re a team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail across various processing systems and ensuring accurate task completion within set timeframes.
- You have confidence in communicating and are capable of handling high-volume and complex queries, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes and support team members' training needs.
- You will manage key supplier reconciliations, manual invoice approvals, ensuring timely payments.
- You will build various relationships with stakeholders across the business to educate on the P2P function, fostering long-term effective relationships, and driving improved business process changes.
- Having previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with intermediate Excel proficiency.
