**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an **Engagement and Communications Co-ordinator** to be based in our impressive state of the art 2.5m square foot Distribution Centre in Shirebrook, that's over 30 Football pitches, and is one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK.

**The Role**:
You will be supporting our ambition to transform our Warehousing and Logistics operation by coordinating all engagement and communication activity, keeping our people informed of key developments and ensuring they understand the part they play in our strategic plan.

You will promote wellbeing support and initiatives, adding value, being creative and thinking differently to help achieve our business objectives

Expect to be creating high quality, high impact content which brings together our purpose, vision and values. You will plan and write content across a variety of internal channels and will have the autonomy to review the current engagement calendar, alongside creating future year(s), ensuring key deliverables and action plans are set.

It is crucial for you to manage and evaluate the effectiveness of communications
- measuring engagement and partnering with Senior Stakeholders across the business to discuss impact and further areas for improvement.

Community engagement is a massive part of this role
- expect to be coordinating engagement outside of internal colleagues - including Council, Emergency Services, NHS and charitable organisations to support CSR ambition with an ethos of serving local communities and partners

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic communication professional to drive our love for telling great stories, engaging with our teams across UK Warehouse and Logistics via a number of channels, planning and executing engagement events, and providing support for people led initiatives. This is a re-scoped role being offered during a period of cultural change and elevation - embracing Frasers Group values in everything you do

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Skills**:

- An outstanding and engaging communicator with strong copy writing skills
- Attention to detail with excellent planning/coordination skills, multitasking and project delivery
- Effective stakeholder management skills with an ability to assess a situation and confidently influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Able to understand different audiences and internal communication needs
- Able to translate business information into clear engaging content and campaigns for all colleagues, with some colleagues where English is not their first language
- Experience using Microsoft Office programmes/Office 365, design packages, intranet and sharepoint administrations is highly advantageous
- Knowledge and/or understanding of up to date IC and engagement methodologies, technologies and trends extremely advantageous
