**Job Description**:
The Creative Project Coordinator supports the Creative Projects Manager with leading the drive for change in our Bricks and Mortar locations
- from overall store design to customer experiences
- it is a role that encompasses all facets of the business: culminating in the delivery of an elevated retail experience that our customers now expect from Frasers Group. Responsibilities will look to drive the brand forward with new and existing estate within the Group. You will help drive the direction, development, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments, and goals.
- ** Delivering the design output of Creative Projects**: From the fabric of the building to the store, to the final look and feel. Working with our project teams and external agencies to produce a final product that wows our consumers. From a 5000 SQFT local store to a 60,000 SQFT Flagship, each store should bring something new to the consumer in that location.
- ** Delivering against the design & programme process of Creative Projects**: Understand our strategy and business and coordinate directly with our Project Teams, Designers and Main Contractors to deliver a refreshed customer experience. This involves feedback to our in-house Technical Design Manager to adapt and renew Company Standard Specifications in line with the latest Retail Concept to produce site specific briefing documents.
- ** Drive Commerciality of Projects**:Working across Data, Commercial, Retail Ops and Project management teams to ensure that our new store formats retain their ultimate commercial proposition. From overall store makeup down to individual product allocations and gradings
- our buildings must be set up to trade as hard as possible.
- ** Understanding and delivering of Retail Operations**: Building strong relationships with key business retail partners. To learn and understand the businesses key commercial strategies at retail to ensure fundamentals are met while elevating the store through refit.
- ** Drive Efficiencies of all Refit Projects**: Whilst improving the Customer environment, it is important that our staff environment is also significantly improved. This part of the role involves engaging with internal Retail stakeholders to ensure our new stores are as efficient and comfortable for the store staff as possible.
- ** Programme Co-Ordination**: Attend site visits with all key stakeholders during refit projects and ensuring all communication is standardized and relevant. Understanding all key aspects particularly within refit projects, keeping in mind current store commercials, service areas and category assortments to drive business cases to change store layouts/ assortment sizes.
- ** Project Review Process**: Delivery of store refit reviews and or brand deliverables. Grouping together all functional feedback and information to share back to the business of the in-store changes and returns on investment tying in short-, mid
- and long-term commercials future-proofing stores.

**Qualifications**:

- Technically literate
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience using In-Design
- Experience using AutoCad (desirable)
- Experience using Revit (desirable)
- Experience of Microsoft Project (desirable)
- Experience working across Retail and knowledge of new/refit retail stores
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview
- Attend crictical design, alignment, and process meetings in London or Shirebrook offices
- Must be flexible to travel most weeks outside of the office dependent on store process needs
- Must be able to work well under tight deadlines
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
- Full driving license
- Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
