To stay ambitious, we need a Creative Projects Co-Ordinator who will embrace our heritage as we look to elevate our future. The Creative Projects Coordinator supports the Creative Projects Manager with leading the drive for change in our Bricks and Mortar locations
- from overall store design to customer experiences
- it is a role that encompasses all facets of the business: culminating in the delivery of an elevated retail experience that our customers now expect from Frasers Group. Responsibilities will look to drive the brand forward with new and existing estate within the Group. You will help drive the direction, development, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Programme Ownership: Ownership of all end-to-end processes for multiple store development projects at any one time.
- Delivering the design output of Store Development Projects: From the fabric of the building to the store, to the final look and feel. Working with our project teams and external agencies to produce a final product that wows our consumers. Each project should bring something new to the in-store customer experience.
- Coordinating the design & programme process of Store Development: Understand our strategy and business and coordinate directly with our Project Teams, Designers and Main Contractors to deliver a refreshed customer experience. This involves adapting and renewing Company Standard Specifications in line with the latest Retail Concept to produce specific briefing documents.
- Drive Commerciality of Projects: Working across Commercial, Retail Operations and Project management teams to ensure that our new store formats retain their commercial proposition.
- Understanding and delivering of Retail Operations: Building strong relationships with key business retail partners. To learn and understand the businesses key commercial strategies at retail to ensure fundamentals are met while elevating the store through refit.
- Drive Efficiencies of all Store Development Projects: Whilst improving the Customer environment, it is important that our staff environment is also significantly improved. This part of the role involves engaging with internal Retail stakeholders to ensure our new stores are as efficient and comfortable for the store staff as possible.
- Project Review Process: Delivery of project reviews and or brand deliverables. Grouping together all functional feedback and information to share back to the business of the in-store changes and returns on investment tying in short-, mid
- and long-term commercials future-proofing stores.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working across multiple Retail Projects
- Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to challenge back with professionalism.
- Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales and manage the information flow between internal and external colleagues.
- Self-starter able to work under own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
- Attend critical design, alignment, and process meetings in London or Shirebrook offices.
- Must be flexible to travel most weeks outside of the office dependent on store process needs.
- Must be able to work well under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
- Full driving license
- Technically literate
- Familiarity with full MS suite
- Experience using In-Design
- Experience using AutoCad (desirable)
