**Job description**:
We are looking for an individual to support the implementation and delivery of TPR’s Corporate Strategy, Annual Strategic review and Strategic Framework.

You will support the delivery, implementation and review of TPR’s Corporate Strategy and Strategic Framework. Working with Strategy Team Leads and Specialists you will assist in identifying and developing strategic requirements at both an organisational and departmental level and deliver Strategy products that underpin TPR’s strategic direction. You will work across TPR as an ambassador for the journey set out under the Strategy and what that means for organisational priorities and delivery.

**Responsibilities**

You will:

- Provide support and assist Strategy colleagues in the design, implementation, review and ongoing evolution of TPR’s Strategic Framework.
- Assist the delivery of strategic workstreams in line with business needs engaging with a broad range of internal stakeholders.
- Support and assist Strategy colleagues in gathering strategic requirements from the business and support the development and delivery of these at a departmental level.
- Provide support to Strategy colleagues in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of TPR strategic outcomes.
- Assist and deliver the production of Strategy materials and products.
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of strategy projects and cross organizational projects as allocated.
- Work across strategy and planning colleagues to help translate the Strategy into regulation/regulatory priories which are reflected in TPR’s corporate plans
- Create and maintain the Strategy team’s plan as it relates to the strategic cycle and internal engagement
- Work with the Strategy team to deliver high quality papers and slide decks (to a ‘finished’ standard), including through research and analysis, risk assessment, and the development of options and recommendations.
- Act as an ambassador for strategic change within the organization.

**Person specification**:
**Essential**
- Experience of working in financial services or regulatory environment.
- Ability to prioritise work across multiple areas in a fast-paced environment, make decisions regarding critical issues and work to tight deadlines.
- Experienced in producing papers in a variety of formats, including writing clearly and succinctly and producing graphics using Microsoft Office and other publishing software. Skills and experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint are essential.
- Ability to work creatively at a conceptual level in a highly emergent environment within small teams to support the development and delivery of new strategic and continuous improvement initiatives
- Evidence of analytic capabilities including use of a range of data to build evidence/narrative and the ability to develop options and recommendations. Skills and experience of using Microsoft Excel are essential.

**Desirable**
- Good understanding of the UK pensions industry including DB and DC/AE market structures and the currently opportunities and challenges faced by these markets.
- Good understanding of the pensions regulatory regime including TPR’s regulatory remit and those of its partner organisations
