Consultant to join our fast-growing company who is one of the most well known Developers in the UK. This role is based in Fulham.
Our client wants a Sales Consultant who has a can-do attitude and works hard within a faced paced environment and thriving industry

What is the day-to-day of the role:

- Responsible for driving local sales activity through agent management and site promotions
- Provide and feed into monthly senior management reports
- To engage with all project departments ensuring a 'one team' attitude
- To effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
- To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
- To effectively manage customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Feed into the marketing department to inform and evolve marketing campaigns.
- To provide fully comprehensive and relevant competitor research.
- To maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure standards are maintained.
- To progress & manage secured reservations to completion
- Anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rates
- Research the marketplace and use the data.
- Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
- Ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process
- Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Industry insight and knowledge within the London residential market.
- Advanced awareness of high-value competitor activity and market analysis.
- Able to prioritise own workload and to work to be able to deliver against deadlines.
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good understanding of residential sales legal requirements.
- Advanced skills in qualifying prospective purchasers, overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Polite, professional, customer-focused mind-set.
- Organised and methodical.
- Excellent attention to detail, flexible, adaptable and prepared to be 'hands on'.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to draft clear and focused letters and reports.
