**O365 Migration Consultant**

Our globally recognised consultancy client specialises in software licensing and transformational infrastructure solutions. This fantastic company has grown enormously across the board, doubling in size over the last 2 years. To meet expectations, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for an O365 Migration Consultant with skills in domain migrations, ADMT, exchange / on-premise to O365, and O365 Tenant to Tenant.

**Main Duties and Requirements**:

- Assist the Services Sales Team in customer meetings and proposal writing
- Design robust and technically stable Infrastructure solutions for customers
- Execute, manage, and lead a set of customers through O365 migration, onboarding, technical and support processes
- Implement technically stable cloud-based and Infrastructure solutions
- Produce high-quality technical proposals and installation documentation, as and when required
- Continue to maintain all technical accreditations and ensure they are current and valid

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Technical design, proposal writing, and implementation of customer O365
- Attend customer meetings, as and when required
- Work on customer projects to the satisfaction of the project sponsor
- To always obtain customer sign-off with the completion of the “Customer Signoff Sheet”
- Assist the Service Desk for call escalation and 3rd line support, where possible
- Give advice and guidance to the other Technical Consultants, as required
- Assist the Services Sales Team in presales activities
- To always be willing to carry out any other reasonable request

**Skills and Experience**:

- Exchange on-premise migration to O365
- Extensive M365 experience/knowledge
- Experience with multiple tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Experience in using migration tools. Quest and Binary Tree is preferred
- ADMT
- Discovery tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous consultancy experience (preferred)
