**About our Client**:
Our client is a rapidly scaling EV company and due to a recent remarkable growth and their environmentally responsible transition to electric vehicles, they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team. Do you have what it takes?

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Consultant role has been created to drive growth via a customer and solution focused approach. The Sales Consultant, (based out of the City of London, Monument office), will be responsible for handling sales enquiries and educating customers on our company's products and benefits.

The Consultant will be responsible for progressing the customer lead through the pipeline from inquiry to subscription, working closely with the Operations team to ensure an exciting and engaging process for our customer, finding them a product and solution that fits.

**Other responsibilities of the role will look like this**:

- Educate customers on our diverse product offerings and unique advantages, enhancing their experience.
- Highlight the rewarding possibilities and lifestyle enhancements of on-demand driving, with our support every step of the way.
- Assist new drivers by enrolling them in our exclusive assist program, detailing essential documents required.
- Collaborate with Operations and Depot teams to seize every sales opportunity, maximizing success.
- Handle each inquiry with enthusiasm and a goal-driven approach, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, reflecting our core values and dedication to customer satisfaction.

**What You'll Bring**:

- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced sales role with proven results.
- Background in **real estate, telesales, recruitment, or any field that involves daily pipeline management and cold calling.**:

- Be a highly effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
- The ability to focus on the desired result, by setting challenging goals, whilst meeting or exceeding them.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop in a scale-up environment.
- Great customer service skills with a customer outcome-driven focus and approach.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Have a full UK Driver's License.
- Be in a commutable distance to City of London/Central London
