**The brief**

Are you naturally organised, a team player, a problem solver and an excellent communicator? Do you have customer service and administrative experience, in a similar role, in a busy office? If so, Cornish Holiday Cottages want to hear from you.

We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly, positive person, to generate and convert holiday enquiries into bookings and provide guests and clients with an exceptional holiday home owner experience. As part of a small team your role will be diverse and no two days the same.

**Who are we?**

Cornish Holiday Cottages is a small, holiday letting agency, managing almost 80 holiday homes in the Falmouth and Helford River area. Our small team of six operate out of our office/shop front in the centre of Mawnan Smith village, the heart of the area we cover.

Our little team are a close knit bunch, who look out for each other and enjoy our time together, so much so that we’ve installed a lovely kitchen and meeting space, where we often enjoy nutritious, plant based team lunches together and there’s options to work out/do yoga together if that takes your fancy too.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer care at their centre. You will go that extra mile to ensure the customer experience exceeds expectations. You are an excellent communicator, highly organised, efficient, with a good eye for detail and managing priorities comes naturally to you.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Supporting our owners and responding to their enquiries.
- Generate brand loyalty through empathetic and informative interactions with customers.
- Booking and payment administration using the Anytime booking system.
- Ensure guests are aware of their responsibilities in accordance with the booking terms and conditions.
- Liaising with housekeepers and trades people to maintain standards throughout our holiday home portfolio.
- Maintaining accurate representations of the holiday properties on the CHC website.

**Skills/Experience Required**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Naturally organised and ability to prioritise projects
- Motivated team player
- Customer relationship management experience

**Desirable Requirements**
- Previous experience of working in a holiday home agency (not essential)
- A passion for marketing, recognising patterns and forecasting trends
- Proof reading
- An awareness of ESG (environment, social and governance)
