**Location**:Nationwide (Ideally located by our office in Runcorn)

As part of our continued growth 2G Energy Ltd require a **Project Co-Ordinator **to join our dynamic and expanding team. A practical engineering background will be ideal, along with a willingness to learn, as there will be a cross section of projects to co-ordinate.

Your position would be within the Projects department, reporting to the Head of Project, but also working alongside the sales department and the technical department.

**Main purpose of role**

You will need organisational and IT skills to organise and co-ordinate the project from receipt of order stage, through delivery, installation and finally commissioning through to handover. This role will predominantly be office based, however depending on the complexity of the project you may expected to attend sites.

a) Attend hand-over meeting with the sales department to take ownership of the project

b) co-ordinate the designs inc Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and GA with Germany.

c) Liaise with our supply chain for ordering components and coordinating sub-contractors

d) Organise and attend client site technical meetings

e) Coordinate delivery and installation logistics

f) Oversee commissioning and make sure the project is complete within program.

**Experience and Qualifications**

**Essential**:
a) Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as an Project Support/Project Co-ordination within the industry, or similar role.

b) Previous relevant experience within an engineering discipline

d) IT skills, fluent with Outlook, Excel, and Word. MS Project and Office 365 experience would be beneficial.

**Desirable**:
a) Time-Served Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification

b) Good Electrical (Controls) and Mechanical controls knowledge

c) Strong practical electrical engineering knowledge of LV power generation and distribution systems.

d) CAD Qualification or practical skill

e) IEE 18th Edition Qualified

f) CSCS card

g) Experience with building services plant (both electrical and mechanical)

h) Experience with steam systems including Global Conformity assessments
