The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for efficiently planning, scheduling, and monitoring various tasks, assignments, and projects within an organisation. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. The Job Scheduler ensures that resources are optimally allocated, deadlines are met, and workflow is streamlined to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Optimise scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimise travel time and costs.
- Ensure that service appointments are confirmed and communicated clearly to Technicians.
- Handle rescheduling or cancellations as needed and update all relevant parties accordingly.
- Communicate service status, estimated arrival times, and resolution plans in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate the nature and urgency of service requests and prioritise them accordingly.
- Assign service requests to available service engineers based on skills, location, and workload.

**Key Experience Required**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in service management software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, scheduling software).
- High level of numeracy
