Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage facility operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems within the facility
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects, including scheduling and budgeting
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and installations
- Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment documentation
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Develop and implement facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
**Requirements**:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Proficiency in logic controllers, mechanical knowledge, electrical systems, and project management
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Proven experience in facility management or a related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
