**Job Description**:
We ask our **Salaried Care Professionals** to be available to work **3 or 4 evenings a week from** 5pm to 10pm and similar hours on Saturday and Sunday **every other weekend.**

**We are offering**:

- ** Great rates of pay**, £13,500 for 4 evenings and £12,000 for 3 evenings.
- ** Salaried permanent role** - guaranteeing what you earn each month
- Increased rates of pay for evenings & weekends, plus double pay on bank holidays.
- ** Minimum of 1-hour visits** to clients giving you the time to care and get to know your clients, and no uniform as we believe it’s more friendly that way.
- 20 days paid holiday plus 8 paid bank holidays (pro-rata).
- ** Paid mileage** after the first 10 miles
- Award winning, accredited training and development as standard - time and qualification paid for by Home Instead.
- Regular support visits, team meetings and client What’s App groups.

As a Care Professional with Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne you will be responsible for the ongoing support of your regular clients, ensuring that we are delivering high-quality care in our clients homes and living up to our mission to improve the lives of those giving and receiving care.

**Your time with your clients will include**:

- Companionship - we always make time for a chat over a cuppa.
- Help our clients around the house like washing up, laundry and preparing simple meals - encouraging to do together.
- Support with Personal Care like getting washed and dressed for the morning.
- Social Calls, appointments, clubs & hobbies.
- Shopping trips and light gardening.
- Prompting & assisting your client with their medication.

**Qualifications**:

- Live locally.
- A full driving licence and have full use of a car.
- Highly reliable and ability to commit to regular contracted hours every week, including every other weekend.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A warm heart and caring nature.
- Professional or personal experience giving or receiving care valued.
