**Job Description**:
Benefits of becoming a Care Assistant / Care Professional with Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede & West Spelthorne;
- ** Great rates of pay** from £14, plus double pay on bank holidays.
- ** Minimum of 1-hour visits** to clients giving you the time to care and get to know your clients, and no uniform as we believe it’s more friendly that way.
- Paid annual leave.
- ** Paid mileage between calls** after the first 10 miles (30p/mile)
- Award winning, accredited training and development as standard - time and qualification paid for by Home Instead.
- ** £250 Bonus **once Care Certificate Completed ( This usually is in the first 12-14weeks)
- Regular support visits, team meetings and client What’s App groups.

**Weekends **- Anytime From 08:00 to 22:00

Bank Holidays - Double hourly rate

(Minimum of 10 hours per week is required)

We’re looking for Care Professionals to visit our local clients in their own homes providing support to live independently. Our high-quality care is rated CQC Outstanding, with upwards of 1-hour visits and your own regular clients with whom you will build a bond. **Duties can include**:

- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments, shopping, or attending social/community events
- Assisting your client with their medication

**Qualifications**:

- That you live locally or are happy to travel to our clients.
- You have the right to work in the UK
- You have a full driving licence and access to a fully insured car
- That you have a warm heart and caring nature and love a chat
- You are reliable, responsible and have a passion for making a difference to someone’s day.

- Experience in care (personal, dementia or other) is valuable, however full training will be given
