Transport Accounts Administrator

Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30
The main responsibilities of the Transport Accounts Administrator include:
- Pricing and invoicing of complex customer invoices.
- Checking and auditing existing customer invoices.
- Liaising with internal and external customers regarding invoice processes.
- Resolving any customer queries in a timely manner.
- Assisting the POD department to cover holidays/busy periods.
The essential qualities of the Transport Accounts Administrator include:
- Experience of invoicing and checking a large volume of commercial invoices.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Experience of working within a logistics operation.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
