Do you have knowledge of HR systems administration i.e. HealthRoster and or ESR ? Do you have an eye for detail, able to problem solve and are able to work to monthly/weekly deadlines ?

We are looking for a resilient and efficient individual to join our busy eWorkforce team to support eRostering where you will provide comprehensive administration, maintenance, operational and system support of the HealthRoster system to a wide range of staff across the Trust.

Previous knowledge and/or experience (system administrator or end user) of HealthRoster would be advantageous as would knowledge and/or experience of shift/duty/roster management outside Healthcare including working time regulations. Previous experience of, and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of computers and databases including Microsoft office packages (specifically Excel) is essential.

Effective communication and time management skills are essential so you need previous experience of working to and negotiating multiply and competing deadlines along with the ability to work on your own initiative and without direct supervision.

The post holder will join the Workforce Team and their primary role will be to provide comprehensive administration, maintenance, operational and system support of the e-Rostering system. (System administration training will be provided) be responsible for the preparation and finalisation of uploading the monthly payroll file to ESR (electronic staff records) along with monthly absence files.

Maintain the gateway data transfer between ESR and eRostering updating
leavers/starts and other changes, scalating any errors/issues.
Monitor and respond to queries to the eRostering in box within agreed KPI’s

As part of the Workforce/Payroll Team they will support other team members to ensure all administration and updating in relation to ESR and Payroll meets agreed deadlines. (ESR administration training will be provided)
