We have a fantastic opportunity to prove your skills and abilities. We need a skilled teaching assistant ready to work on a 1:1 basis with a KS1 pupil with additional needs who may display challenging behaviours needs.. The school is based out of Leeds, LS11 area and you will be working from Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).

...- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with young children.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and understanding to meet diverse children needs.
- Genuine passion for supporting children learning and development.
- Ability to collaborate smoothly with teachers and fellow professionals in an educational setting.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
- Possession of an up-to-date enhanced DBS check or willingness to acquire one.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Providing daily support and guidance to children while promoting their growth.
- Collaborating with teachers to deliver lessons and achieve curriculum objectives.
- Cultivating a conducive learning atmosphere for children development.
- Possibly conducting individual or group support sessions for children.
- Fostering enthusiasm for learning and ongoing progress in children.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with both colleagues and children to maintain consistency.
