  • Supporting pupils with additional needs, including those with challenging behaviour, helping them feel safe and supported in their learning environment.
  • Using your Team Teach skills to de-escalate situations and manage behaviour positively.
  • Building meaningful relationships to inspire confidence and encourage positive choices.
  • Assisting with classroom activities, ensuring every pupil can engage and succeed.
  • Acting as a role model, showing empathy and understanding while setting clear boundaries.
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and structured environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A current Team Teach qualification is essential.
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties, or similar challenges.
  • Resilience, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
  • Access to your own transport is preferred but not essential.
