As a result of the rapid growth of this establishment, we at Consult are currently seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the key accounts (medical, healthcare and aesthetic sector)
- Acquire and maintain awareness of customer trends and competitor landscape across the region
- Maintain knowledge of new product developments in the market and adjust sales strategy accordingly
- Understand healthcare market dynamics across multiple markets to highlight risks and opportunities for the organization, implementing action plans for commercial gain
- Arranging appointments with the contacts within our Key Accounts and build long-lasting relationships throughout the region
- Making presentations key account customers to educate them on products and help them to seize business opportunities.
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
- Leading project teams from ideation to execution and review
- Engage key market Stakeholders and network to enhance opportunities

**About You**:

- Bachelor Degree Qualified
- 8+ years relevant experience in Key Account Management
- 5-10 years in Medical Capital Equipment Sales - Track record of success in a capital equipment sales environment
- Knowledge of the medical/aesthetic industry
- Proactively seeks opportunities to grow the business
- Constantly develops creative selling solutions
- Puts customer needs at the heart of proposals
- Correctly identifies and overcomes objections
- Understands complex sales solutions and communicates them concisely and effectively
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
