Key Account Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP38,000 p/a
Benefits: 23 days + stats holiday entitlement, a generous company bonus scheme, and onsite parking.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business who are looking for an outgoing Key Account Manager to professionally manage a selection of key accounts.
Initially, you'll be based internally to gain an in-depth understanding of the clients processes. Over time, the role will evolve to include on-site responsibilities and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Key account management
- Maintain accurate information for each account and meet reporting deadlines.
- Nurture and grow key accounts.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for each account.
- Achieve high retention rates and mitigate competitor threats.
- Collaborate with other Key Account Managers
- Provide robust support for new business development, including creating presentations and quotes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous desk-based account management experience
- Natural sales flair
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
- Strong organisational skills
