**JOB OVERVIEW**

This role will sit within an AP team responsible for the end-to-end AP process for our 5 UK based entities and head office - including invoice processing, internal and external query resolution, statement reconciliations, new supplier creation and more. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will have a wide range of duties and responsibilities.

These may include, but are not limited to:

- Day to day team workload management for the team to ensure timely processing and month end deadlines are met.
- Managing regularly scheduled supplier payments - ensuring accuracy on proposals and management of approval processes.
- Aiding the team with the resolution of queries escalated.
- Day to day invoice processing.
- Regular statement reconciliations.
- Approving change requests for current suppliers - performing necessary due diligence.
- Manage the set-up of new suppliers across the brands - ensuring internal contacts follow the correct procedure for new supplier set ups and ensuring data completeness.
- Working with the head of shared service to maintain training manuals and skills matrices.
- To assist the head of shared services with ongoing improvements to the accounts payable processes.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience managing a team’s workload and task prioritisation.
- Demonstrable experience of how you have achieved the above responsibilities in previous roles.
- Delivery of a high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to actively work on high volume transactional tasks as well as allocating tasks to team members.
- Excel skills sufficient to produce basic KPI’s.
- Uses initiative to identify, investigate and solve problems.
- Previous experience(s) of being involved in efficiency projects is desirable.

- Hybrid, On site role 3 to 4 days per week.
