Manufacturing Administrator

We are working with a long standing client based in Wythenshawe who are experts in providing manufacturing solutions to the aviation industry. On their behalf we are looking for an administrator to join their soft furnishing team.
**The Job**
- To provide proactive administrative support to a busy production department.
- To be able to assist customers with their queries, stock enquiries, orders and deliveries remaining courteous and efficient at all times.
- To raise job packs - Use of ERP database to raise job packs and all associated paperwork for both seat cover and curtain departments.
- To accurately raise purchase orders - Controlling of stock and raising of purchase orders via in-house systems under the direction of the Production Manager.
- To accurately dispatch all seat covers and curtains, liaising with stores to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.
- To accurately maintain good stock control - batching in and out all materials/components. Work with Production Manager to provide accurate stock information.
- To accurately complete all invoicing requirements.
- To issue accurate paperwork for all work going to sub-contractors via the in house systems, including offshore work.
- To check stock availability for all fabric and components, liaising and instructing production Stores staff when required.
- Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
- Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft products
- Have previous experience of Syteline system in relations to SF would be beneficial.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
- Be friendly with an approachable manner.
- Have a flexible approach to your work load
- Be able to demonstrate excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Ideally have previous knowledge of import and export production procedures
**Salary**: Up to £24,960.00 per year
