The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, as well as six months to one year of related experience and/or training. They will also possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), Windows based computer programs, M1, and ERP/MRP based company-wide sales order administrative systems (Visual MFG).

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As an Industrial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  3. Conducting thorough examinations of outgoing shipments to guarantee compliance with specified quality standards.
  4. Planning the sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations to provide clear guidance to production workers.
  5. Assessing the status of assigned projects with department supervisors to ensure alignment with timelines.
  6. Preparing comprehensive production reports that offer insights into key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Industrial Operations Manager will also demonstrate leadership and accountability for creating a professional, safe, and clean environment. This includes leading by example, setting high standards for productivity and quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
