The Klyne Group is a family owned group of companies with over thirty five years trading history. Comprising of four fascias across a range of industries, The Klyne Group designs, manufactures and distributes on a global scale to over 80 countries worldwide. The Group has grown rapidly over the years and currently manufacture and distribute award-winning luxury products including pet bedding and accessories, along with luxurious baby and nursery products. The Klyne Group also now provide exceptional logistics services.
Our Head office and Distribution Centre is based in Old Trafford, Manchester which spans across 13 acres. There are great transport links via car, tram & bus making it a very accessible location.
We are currently looking for a full-time Logistics Administrator to provide administrative support. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and highly motivated individual who is a self-starter.
**Responsibilities**:
- Correctly inputting customer orders, prices, and quantities onto the company ERP system.
- Allocating stock to orders.
- Clearly communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Completing daily sales administration.
- Assisting the accounts department in sales ledger and administrative duties
**Skill, knowledge & attributes**:
- Sales Order Processing experience - essential
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and methodical approach
- Numerate
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
- You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others to find solutions.
This is a new role and an exciting time to join a fast-growing area of the business.
Working hours are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime will be required.
