Here at GXO, we are looking for a **Finance Administrator** to join our Greene King team, in Trafford Park, Manchester. You will focus on the weekly procurement process for site from start to end and assist in the production of accurate and timely weekly reporting, whilst building long-lasting and effective business relationships.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday, office hours.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,500 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support the Finance Business Partner and Management Accountant in producing Client weekly results
- Resolve supplier queries and maintain a purchase order log
- Book travel requests, support the expenses process and any other ad hoc finance administration duties

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a logistics or service environment
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and communicate to the operation effectively
- Experience of working with MS Excel, with a creativeness and desire to help build new files to aid analysis and reporting
- Customer focussed team player with a proactive approach to problems and solutions
