**Job Title**: Payouts and Sales Support Administrator
**Location**: Manchester
**Employment Type**:Full Time - Permanent
**Salary**:£25,000 OTE

Monday to Friday - 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-5pm on a Friday, with a Saturday rota of 1 in 4 working 10am till 3pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all finance documentation, working closely with finance companies to meet targets.
- Handle day-to-day problems arising from pay payouts, liaising with internal departments and account managers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor vehicle sales administration tasks, including part exchanges, funder issues, and warranties.
- Maintain standards compliance by verifying that all dealers meet specified requirements.
- Promote a culture of excellent customer service, encouraging and facilitating customer reviews to enhance our reputation.
- Promptly and professionally handle any customer complaints or quality issues, reporting them as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and compliance with FCA rules and guidelines.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales administration within the automotive industry, preferably in a car dealership.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods as needed.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative with mínimal supervision.
