**About The Role**:
**About this opportunity**

Gleeds is a world class management and construction consultancy with over 130 years' experience in the property and construction industry and we are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the Gleeds Team.

The Finance Administrator is responsible for delivering both high-quality financial/commercial support and efficient administrative processes to enhance the operational effectiveness of the Gleeds Infrastructure team. This role involves hands-on support with our financial management processes, including invoicing, resource management, as well as the administration of commercial contracts and documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**: Assist with managing the day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing and preparation of financial insights that influence strategic decision-making.
- **Commercial Administration**: Support the Commercial Team by managing contractual documentation, correspondence, and systematic archiving of contract data. Prepare and maintain commercial files and reports from multiple data sources.
- **Data and Document Control**: Assist with maintaining accurate financial and commercial trackers, and ensure data integrity in all reporting and document management activities.
- **Stakeholder Interaction**: Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, providing administrative support. Act as a point of contact for financial and commercial enquiries, facilitating communication between teams and external partners where required.
- **Process Improvement**: Engage in continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

**About You**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Desirable**: Part-qualified in an accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in office or financial/commercial administration.
- **Desirable**: Qualifications in Office Administration or a Finance/Commercial field.

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Experience in business administration and/or financial or commercial environments.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Word.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- High levels of integrity, initiative, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
