Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of a prestigious firm based in Ipswich who are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team.

The great bit about this role - no HR experience is required You will be trained, by one of the top firms in the country.

You will work as part of the HR team being responsible for the administration provision and query management of activities in relation to the day-to-day running of the HR function.

Key Duties:

- New starter process ensuring that all required documentation has been received, updating electronic HR files
- Prepare reports for holiday, cancel /amend holiday requests
- Log sickness and ensure completion of employee certification process
- Ad-hoc reports as necessary
- Follow the leaver process to ensure that the information is processed in a timely manner
- Respond to all employer reference requests.
- Provide administrative support on HR projects as required
